There was a time when Amazon threatened real physical stores of its sales, thanks to the online traffic that Amazon could generate.The trend seems to be changing a bit, though ; Amazon is reportedly opening up a physical retail shop in America’s Seattle city.

This will be a first of its kind virtual to real physical store.Reports suggest that this is just a pilot test to see how the model proves to be profitable, and if all goes well, the day isn’t far enough when you can spot an Amazon store near you.

Amazon India users will be overwhelmed to hear this, as Amazon has recently launched its online e-commerce portal in India, titled Junglee.com

The physical store reports to have majorly a stack of high end products along with accessories to complete the store.Whats best, the store is expected to open up by end of this year in the festive holiday season.

For Amazon, whose had a difficult time where in its 4th quarter sales missed the estimates by almost $1 billion, which caused a drastically reduction in share prices, which led to a net income fall by 57%, and lastly analysts predicting 2 more worst quarters to come up, this decision comes at a very crucial stage.
